1 General Terms & Conditions

DD89 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service operating under a Curacao gaming licence. These terms govern the relationship between DD89 and its users (hereinafter referred to as "members").

By accessing DD89's website, mobile app, or any related service, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

• These terms apply in both Bangla and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail
• DD89 may approve or refuse account registration at its discretion
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using this platform does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction

2 Account & Registration

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account on DD89. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts
• Your password must not be shared with anyone
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to DD89 immediately
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for account verification

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on DD89 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits vary by payment method.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (may vary by method)
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals may be delayed to prevent money laundering or suspicious transactions
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

4 Bonus & Promotions Terms

DD89 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to all conditions attached to it.

• Wagering requirements apply to the welcome bonus (typically 10x–30x)
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be completed first
• Bonuses not used within the specified time period will expire
• For free bets, only the winnings may be withdrawn — not the original stake
• DD89 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time

5 Betting Rules & Operations

DD89 offers betting across Sports Betting, Live Betting, Casino, and Virtual Sports. Each section has its own set of rules. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Odds in Live Betting change in real time; the odds at the moment of submission are final
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• If match-fixing is evidenced, all related bets may be voided
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, DD89 reserves the right to void the affected bets
• If a member displays unusual betting patterns, DD89 may impose betting limits on that account

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DD89 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing artificial transactions or bets to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Attempting to interfere with the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or participating in professional betting syndicates
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information

7 Account Suspension & Closure

DD89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. In cases of Terms & Conditions violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

• Members may also request to close their own account
• Any valid balance in a permanently closed account will generally be refunded within 7 business days
• Account balances may be forfeited if an account is closed due to a breach of these terms
• Inactive accounts (over 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee

8 Privacy Policy

DD89 is committed to protecting the personal information of its members. We never sell your data to third parties. However, we may be required to share information with relevant authorities where legally obligated to do so.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

DD89 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage members to maintain healthy gaming habits and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
• Betting limit: Set a maximum amount for each bet
• Session Timer: Set a time limit for your gaming sessions in advance
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for 6 months or longer
• Cooling-Off Period: Restrict access for 24 hours up to 30 days
• Reality Check: Regular reminders showing how long you've been playing

10 Limitation of Liability

DD89 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, server issues, or third-party disruptions on the platform. DD89 cannot be held responsible for service interruptions resulting from natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond its control.

• DD89 is not responsible for lost bets resulting from issues with a member's own device or internet connection
• DD89 is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party game providers
• DD89's total liability shall never exceed the amount deposited by the member

11 Rule Changes & Notifications

DD89 reserves the right to amend, update, or remove these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through an on-platform announcement. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao. For any dispute, please first seek resolution through DD89's support centre. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator.
